Processing Time

Most orders are processed within:

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During high-volume periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available)

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • a shipping confirmation email
  • tracking information (when available)

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Subscription / Sasha's Road Relief Club™ Orders

Road Relief Club™ subscription orders are automatically processed and shipped according to your selected billing cycle. You can suspend, speed up, pause or cancel anytime in your online account.  If you're having trouble feel free to email us at support@truckerroadrelief.com.  

Members may:

  • pause
  • skip
  • modify
  • speed up
  • or cancel shipments anytime before the next billing date.

Shipping Carriers

We may ship using:

  • USPS Ground

Carrier selection may vary depending on package size, location, and shipping speed.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • we cannot guarantee replacement or refund
  • additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.

If your package appears lost or severely delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the package and product
  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  3. Include your order number and photos

We’ll review the issue and work toward a resolution.


International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary.

Customers are responsible for:

  • customs fees
  • import duties
  • VAT taxes
  • and other country-specific charges

Delivery times outside the United States may vary significantly.
